I pledge to:

1. Protect and promote the interests of my client while treating all parties honestly and fairly.
2. Never deliberately mislead an owner about the market value of his/her home.
3. Disclose and represent fairly when acting on behalf of both the buyer and seller (dual agency).
4. Submit offers and counter-offers objectively and as quickly as possible.
5. When representing the seller, submit all offers until closing.
6. When representing the buyer, submit all offers and counter-offers until acceptance.
7. Preserve confidential information.
8. Never reveal client’s confidential information to the disadvantage of the client.
